What counts as a "clip"?
A clip is a standalone short-form output optimized for one platform (e.g., one TikTok, one LinkedIn post, one Instagram Reel). Multiple platform versions of the same clip count as multiple clips.
What happens after I subscribe?
You'll be redirected to complete a short intake form — upload your first content, tell us your platforms and brand voice. We'll have your first clips ready within the turnaround window.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Cancel or pause anytime from your billing portal. No penalty fees, no questions asked.
Is there a free trial?
Not currently. But you can cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund — reach out to clipmint@polsia.app.
